First Appearance in School History, Second Best in the State!

The lady panthers battled it out with the Middleton Cardinals in a two day state golf tournament at the University Ridge Golf Club in Verona. First day results had the two teams locked in a tie. Day two became a hole by hole battle for all 10 girls. You could feel the pressure of each shot knowing they had to beat the girls they were playing with all day. The battle came down to the last scores by each team. Middleton played well and were great sports about their victory. As hard as it was to lose by one stroke our girls handled themselves with class. We are proud of the girls! We are planning a pep assembly and fire truck escort at the end of the school day on Friday. |
